Luxury travel expo attrracted over 5 000 industry professionals
Croatian Tourist Board presented Croatia’s tourism possibilities at the “Virtuoso Travel Week” which was held in Las Vegas August 08 -13. This expo covering mostly luxury travel is visited by a large number of tour-operators and travel professionals from USA and South America and as HTZ reports, numerous industry professionals were very interested in cooperating with their Croatian counterparts.
During the 5 day conference, Croatian representatives attended over 350 meetings with tour-operators, travel consultants and cruise ship companies from the US, Canada, Mexico and various South American countries.
27th Virtuoso Travel Week broke the record in attendance this year with almost 5 000 participants from all over the world, including 2 300 travel agents. Virtuoso network is one of the most important organisations in the luxury travel segment with annual turnover of over 14 billion dollars.
