More Olympic glory for Croatia, this time in mathematics.
The Croatian team, consisting of Domagoj Bradić, Josip Kelava, Adrija Mandić,Petar Nizić-Nikolac, Patril Lapac and Leon Starešinić, won th emaximum possible 64 points, winning the first place in front of Poland with 63 and Hungary with 56 points.
In the individual portion our team also won excellent results. Domagoj Bradač won gold, Leon Starešinić and Petar Nizić-Nikolac silver and Andrija Mandić bronze.
This comes on the heels of the successful July results at the Internationional Maths Olympiad in Thailand, where Croatian individuals got a gold and two silvers, and th e eam placed in the top twenty in the world!
