Sinj is witnessing an increasing number of foreign and domestic tourists every day. Like every year, their number will culminate at the Sinj Alka and Velika Gospa celebration when more than 100,000 guests are expected. Therefore, it is essential everyone is provided with welcome and timely information.

In order to provide better information to all guests in the area, the Tourist Board of Sinj will organize free professional travel guides from July 19 (Thursday) at 19:00 every Thursday, in cooperation with the Association of Tourist Guides. They are intended for anyone who wants to meet the city of Sinj and its rich cultural and historical heritage, traditionally nurtured through two symbols, the Alka and the Miraculous Lady of Sinj. The free guided tours begin at the Promenade Alojzije Stepinac.

All renters and caterers should inform their guests about the free guided tours through the city of Sinj.

Also, on July 16th, the Tourist Information Center of Sinj opened at Alkarsko Street, in order to give more information to tourists coming to the town every day. The center is a wooden house where informants will share promotional materials and inform tourists about the offer of the town of Sinj and its surrounding areas.

In addition to providing information in direct contact with visitors, the center also receives feedback from tourists all for the purpose of improving the current tourist offer and infrastructure in the area.

The Tourist Information Center will be open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 and in the high season (August), every day from 10:00 to 20:00.
