The Festival of Science will take place from October 15 to 20, 2018.
The Festival of Science in Sinj, organized under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Croatia, will open on Monday, October 15, 2018, at 5.30 pm in the Alkar courtyard.
This year, the festival will put special focus on two of Croatia’s current problems. The Roundtable on Croatian Energy in the 21st Century will be held on Friday after the opening ceremony, while Tuesday will present a forum on truths and fabrications. In addition to numerous lectures, visitors of all ages can observe the night sky through telescopes, elementary school students can enjoy chemistry workshops, and there will be competitions using experiments and scientific quizzes with valuable prizes, as well as many other activities for all the children and citizens of Sinj.
