The Sinj Tourist Board has organized the educational action “Tourist in Your Town” on March 10, 2018!
For the seventh consecutive year, the Tourist Board of the City of Sinj has organized the educational activity ‘Tourist in Your Town”. Namely, since 1990 at the initiative of the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations, headquartered in Vienna, February 21st marks the International Day of Tourist Guides.
On this occasion, the Tourist Board of Sinj invites all esteemed fellow citizens and their guests to join the action on Saturday, March 10, at Alojzije Stepinac Promenade, where participants will be guided by members of the Association of Tourist Guides of Sinj ‘Osinium’ to visit museums, galleries, and numerous cultural and historical monuments. The tour lasts 1.5 hours. The first group will begin at 10:30 and the other at 15:30.
The goal of this free educational event is to popularize the historical and cultural heritage as an important factor for the development of tourism in Sinj, but also to raise awareness of its importance in the whole society.
Do not miss the opportunity to visit the many city sights, as well as the impressive exhibitions of the Franciscan Monasteries Collection, the Sikirica Gallery and the Sinjska Alka Museum.
