Cruise Holidays to Dubrovnik… in 1959 (VIDEO)

Cruise tourism is a booming industry in Dubrovnik these days, of course, and the city has a long history of cruise tourism, but it was not always as busy as it is today. 

In the first in our section looking at the history of Dubrovnik, we start with a charming video of cruise tourism to the city almost 60 years ago, in 1959 to be precise. 

A little more space than the cruise ship passengers enjoy today, as well as some wonderful footage of Dubrovnik as it once was.
