Croatia’s southernmost town puts on a show.
The first of Cavtat’s musical evenings took place last night in front of Cavtat House and a crowd of onlookers in the first of eight events which are set to be held in Croatia’s southernmost town every fifteen days throughout the four summer months.
The musical evenings are sponsored by numerous different sponsors and are lovingly organised by Konavle Art, a local artistic association.
Performed by several local musicians and instrumentists, the concert will see some classic pieces taken on by musically talented individuals, including some of Beethoven’s most well-loved pieces performed expertly in the priceless atmosphere and ambience of the pretty little town of Cavtat.
The next concert of Cavtat’s musical evenings will be held on the 28th June, 2017 with the performance of the DSO string quartet, the all-female Klapa Cavtat and the highly gifted flutist, Djive Kuselj.
