Further construction continues on the new Center of Healthy Life in Zenta, located just south of the hospital Firule in Split.

The realization of this extensive project first began in 2013, but due to technical problems was put to a stop. The projected completion for the health center is currently May of 2017.

The new health center in Zenta is designed as a multipurpose facility in which to provide health services for local people and visitors from the region.

“The center will provide curative and therapeutic measures of health care services through a special clinic for physiotherapy, dentistry, ophthalmology and cosmetic surgery,” states Parčina, CEO of “Tromonta”, the same construction company that built the Mall of Split.

This new health center will offer its customers a range of medical and therapeutic services, which will be complemented with an offer of accommodation in well-equipped and highly categorized units.

Wellness, spa and health & fitness services are part of the “new” values for customers seeking increasingly diverse facilities, activities and services in the area. The entire space is functionally designed with residential units on the upper floors, providing guests privacy and peace, including 5 floors with 60 rooms and 16 luxury suites.

The underground floor will boast a garage with 120 parking spaces, and will be located in the basement of the main reception area with spaces for relaxation and overall wellness, a spa and additional polyclinic facilities. Across 750 square meters there will be an indoor pool, dry and steam saunas, fitness, and beauty treatment rooms. The ground floor is planned for reception rooms and a restaurant and cafe, and the roof floor is designed for an outdoor pool with panoramic bar.

“The construction of the Center of Healthy Living falls in line with the county master plan for tourism development, and is aimed at improving quality of life, insurance of economic progress, and raises the welfare of the population,” concludes Parčina.
