Members of the Tourism Council have adopted the proposed decision for marketing cooperation with Ultra Europe Music Festival. The festival will be held in Split at Poljud Stadium from July 14 to 16, 2017.

Given the very positive promotional effects of the festival, which each year attracts more than 50,000 people from around the world, the Croatian National Tourist Board has agreed to financially support this year’s edition of the festival with 600,000.00 HRK, announced MINT.hr on June 14, 2017.
”Big events like the Ultra Europe festival add value to the existing Croatian tourist offer. This mere manifestation represents a strong motive for arrivals and as such, contributes to the recognition of Croatia as a hit tourist destination. I believe that the festival this year will significantly contribute to the city of Split and all of Split-Dalmatia County because it will not only completely fill accommodation capacities – including hotels, camps and private accommodations – but it will also contribute to all other service activities,” said the Minister of Tourism Gari Cappelli.
For the special fifth edition of the festival, the organizers have promised an extraordinary 3-day spectacle. Festival-goers will also be able to enjoy the Resistance opening party in Split, as well as the Brač Regatta, Ultra Beach in Hvar, and Resistance in Vis.
