Classes for kids aged 4-10 are starting in February
Christmas holidays might be over, but the season of giving seems to have extended into the new year. Good news for members of Croatian diaspora who decided to relocate back to their homeland with their families: returnee children aged 4-10 can now learn Croatian in Split, free of charge!
Getting accustomed to a new culture is no easy feat, and learning the language will surely prove beneficial to children in their transition period, helping them to adapt to their new surroundings and to get better acquainted with their heritage.
Starting from February 1, the 20-week course will be taking place once a week at the headquarters of the Croatian Heritage Foundation in Split (Marmontova 5, second floor).
The course is organised by the Croatian Heritage Foundation and the Croatian-Australian Society and Friends Split. All interested parents can send an inquiry to [email protected] or call the number 091 129 0789.
