Split Celebrates World Music Day with Free Concerts!

Fete de la Musique, also known as World Music Day, takes place each year on June 21st.

World Music Day, which has been ongoing since 1981, is an all-day musical celebration that is observed in 120 countries around the world. This year, the festivities will take place on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

In Split, World Music Day will be celebrated at some of the city’s famous locations including the Riva, Pjaca, and Marmont Street. Attendees will even be able to catch performances at Mihovilova Širina Street and the Youth Center.
