Part of F-Group fame, if you’re in Split, you’ve most likely heard about Terminal F – a swanky new Split restaurant that opened their doors in the tourist palace in June.
Terminal F’s vision, because of it’s central location and close proximity to both the bus station, train station, and ferry port, aimed to be a “check-in” point for visitors coming to Split. Hoping to accommodate the needs of travelers, Terminal F has become a hub where guests can eat, chill out, and enjoy a beverage until they embark on their next leg of their journey. And another perk? They serve food until late (2 am late).
While the decor is enticing, the restaurant’s menu is the real winner. From breakfast and weekend brunch to tacos, burritos, burgers, pizzas, and steaks, Terminal F has something for everyone, and this weekend, they’ve decided to fly out of this continent completely to welcome the flavors of a land far, far away – Japan.
Known to take a flight to the lands of distant cuisines, this Friday, Terminal F has partnered up with Split’s Adriatic Sushi & Oyster Bar for a knockout four-course menu under the theme “Sushi Talk”.
For 190 HRK, guests can enjoy a meal beginning with tuna tartare, which cruises into the second course of a 4-piece tiger roll, Agemaki fantasy roll, and Philadelphia roll. For the main course, guests will be charmed by shrimp tempura and spring rolls, and dessert will include sushi rolls of Nutella, banana, and sauces.
The dinner is best paired with one of Terminal F’s selected wines or can stay in the spirit and drink up an Asian fusion cocktail or Sake.
