Sunday, July 24th will host the second International Folklore Festival at Poljička square in Dugi Rat. The event begins at 20.30h.
Folklore groups from 6 countries will participate in the event, celebrating folklore traditions, the richness and harmony of music, native dances, and folk customs.
KUD Dalmacija Dugi Rat is responsible for the launch of the festival last year, and this year folklore associations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Lithuania have come together to kick off year number two.
Folk groups participating tonight are Opava from Czech Republic, Kaunas from Latvia, Szakmar from Hungary, Kruševo from Macedonia, Bugojno from Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Dugi Rat from Croatia.
