A rather unusual book launch in Vrboska tomorrow night, as three great titles will be sailing in from Brela for a scheduled 21:00 start on the Mastercard Library Boat – the Boat of Culture.
Now in its tenth edition, the library boat left Makarska yesterday, and on board – among other literary treasures – is the promotion of three titles.
Followers of this blog may recall the launch of Hvarophile Flora Turner’s Croatian version of a rather special cookbook, The Sweet Taste of a Dalmatian Love Affair, a wonderful combination of a Dalmatian love story, accompanies with some fine traditional family recipes.
The English edition will be sailing into Vrboska tomorrow night, ably accompanied by works from Daria Kersic and popular American writer and Croatian son-in-law, Cody Brown.
