Who we are:
Almost five years after starting Total Hvar in 2011, the Total project has really moved forward on a national level with the launch of Total Croatia News, the first daily, Google News-accredited website in English covering Croatian politics, business, sport, lifestyle and travel. That success encouraged us to explore some important niche sectors, so now, besides Hvar, Croatia, Split and Inland Dalmatia, we have Total Croatia Cycling and Total Croatia Wine. And more is yet to come!
What we need:
A reliable sales person with proven track record in the Croatian market to join our rapidly expanding team and lead the sales direction for the Total Project. Working from home (and on the road), a successful candidate will draw up sales plan and attract clients for the various tourism projects – News, Wine, Cycling, Tourism and Political Newsletter.
Sales approach will be a mixture of online via existing databases, cold and warm calling, site visits, and following up with existing customers. It is expected that the successful candidate will also have his/her own contacts.
Our new Sales Manager should be a motivated self-starter who will report to TCN editor directly. Excellent English is an advantage but effective sales the prerequisite. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual.
Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and cope with sarcasm is a must.
The remuneration suggestion is a mix of fixed salary and commission on sale.
