Teslina Streets welcomes yet another fantastic pastry shop.

Roberto Hromalić, a pastry chef who has been working for Time Restaurant, has recently opened its pastry shop in the centre of Zagreb, reports Plava Kamenica on September 19, 2017.

Next door to the Carpaccio restaurant, in Teslina Street, an elegant entrance to the new Time Restaurant’s pastry shop was revealed and opened by Robert Hromalić on Monday, September 18. Robert Hromalić is a talented young pastry chef trained at the prestigious Ferrandi school of culinary arts in Paris, whose delicious works of art will now be served in what the Plava Kamenica penned as “the most ambitious pastry shop ever opened in Zagreb”.

The assortment of fine cakes will include some classic French desserts as well as famous Croatian favourites, all made using the best ingredients and modern culinary techniques. Time’s pastry shop, which officially starts working on Monday, was designed by architect Ante Vrban.

On the terrace in front of the pastry shop, which is located in the area of the former sushi bar Binimoto, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious cakes with sparkling wine, coffee and juices. The pastry shop will also sell ready-made pastry products such as salty caramel and hazelnut, almond or walnut pastes for home use.
