Police Takes Action for Road Traffic Safety

Zagreb Police Administration is implementing special measures for pedestrian safety, reports zagreb.info on April 12th, 2017. For the rest of the day, city traffic will be closely monitored with an intent to penalize all traffic violations. The police advises all drivers to pay attention to their driving speed and to let pedestrians go first on road crossings.

Due to increasing number of recent traffic accidents, the Police Administration will also carry out an action of supervising driving speed in Zagreb a week from now, from 6 AM on April 19th to 6 AM on April 20th. Residents are asked to report locations in need of better traffic control, and can send in their suggestions to [email protected].
