Swan Lake – Premiere

The Zagreb Ballet and the Croatian National Theatre are preparing for P. I. Tchaikovsky’s ballet, Swan Lake, a title that has always been awaited with great anticipation.

The choreographer of this production is the renowned dancer and choreographer Vladimir Malakhovm who will be working on Swan Lake for the first time. He has staged popular classical titles such as The Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella or La Bayadere, and this first production will be created specially for the Zagreb Ballet Ensemble. The conductor is Dian Tchobanov who, has been a permanent conductor of the Ballet of the CNT in Zagreb since the beginning of this year. The set and costume designer is Jordi Roig with Enrique Conde as assistant, Deni Šesnić is the light designer and Emi Hariyama the assistant choreographer.

The ballet masters for this production are Iraida Lukashova, Mihaela Devald Roksandić, Milka Hribar Bartolović, Suzana Bačić and Leonard Jakovina.
