“Food is an experience. It brings people together, makes us happy and carefree, it reduces stress and brings joy to the lives of people who cook and those who eat. Eating and enjoying together is our festival’s motto. We’re very lucky to still have healthy, GMO-free food in Croatia; our culinary heritage is very trendy, but, at the same time, it’s very simple. The point is to put focus on the original taste of the food and enjoy the rich offer our country has, to the sounds of good music and our friends’ laughter,” the Festival’s director Suzy Josipović Redžepagić said.
