Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary – October, Vrlika

The parish church was built in 1876 on the site of the old church with the same name, dating back from the early 18th century. The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, the patron saint of the Vrlika region, is celebrated on the first Sunday in October as well as the Day of the Town.

Having been destroyed in the Homeland War, the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary underwent repair and restoration. The first weekend in October is packed with events, from sports events to a concert and fireworks to mass and the fair of agricultural products and handicrafts.
