The 7th edition of ULTRA Europe will take place from July 11-17, 2019, in Split, Brač, Hvar and Vis.
September 27, 2018 – After a very successful six years, the unique destination festival and largest international event in Croatia, the ULTRA Europe music festival, is preparing for its seventh edition, which will take place from July 11th to July 17th in Split, Brač, Hvar and Vis. The music and tourism giant has proven that it is on the verge of totally dominating the European festival scene, and true fans and visitors from around the world will come to Croatia in July and welcome even more surprises and benefits. After the sold out first ticket contingent, Tier 2 ticket sales will begin on October 9, 2018, on the official website of www.ultraeurope.com.
Four locations, ten stages, hundreds of performers, thousands of Ultranauts and millions of memories – this is a veritable recipe that makes Croatia the most popular location for many young people from all over the world every summer. The sixth edition of the festival boasts excellent results and figures – in Split, Brač, Hvar and Vis, more than 150 thousand visitors from more than 140 countries around the world arrived. The largest number of visitors came from the United States, Australia, Canada, Spain, Great Britain and Germany, though the festival even attracted audiences from exotic countries like Congo, Mali, India, Morocco and Malaysia this year. On ten festival stages, over 120 top international DJs provided more than 250 hours of outstanding music to visitors.
This year, ULTRA also welcomed more than 350 domestic and foreign journalists at the festival. Numerous city services were prepared 24 hours a day and available to all citizens and visitors of Split, and to function according to the highest standards, more than 2000 people were involved in the organization. The impressive main stage was 75 meters long with more than 1000 lighting fixtures and 900 m2 of LED screens, and equipment was used from all over Europe. The organizers invested more than 80 million kuna, and it is estimated that during the festival, the cities earned more than 500 million kuna.
The first contingent of three-day GA tickets that was released immediately after the end of the sixth edition of the Split festival was sold out in a record time, and today, registration has launched for the second phase of sales that will begin on October 9th. Anyone who registers can except more favorable ticket prices, additional benefits and surprises, and all information on possible payment installments will be announced shortly. Benefits are also expected for those who have the Ultra Passport, the first international customer loyalty system for music festivals, which continues to grow with more than half a million users. The success of the sixth edition of the ULTRA Europe festival is also witnessed by the fact that the total reach on the official Facebook page was almost 50 million people with more than 2 million fans who were actively involved in social interaction. With more than 4 million impressions on Twitter and nearly one million interactions on Instagram, the festival has again broken all records and circles all corners of the world. The ULTRA Live channel has been viewed in more than 170 countries and more than 4 million views have been recorded. And best yet, the official stream of the festival was shared on the social networks of Armin van Buuren, Marshmello and David Guetta, whose broadcast was one of the most watched that evening.
