Croatia: Where clubs meet the sea. But really, Croatia has quickly become known for its perfect party paradise it has created through various beach clubs and bars along the Adriatic coast. Some seaside cities boast a plethora of clubbing options, others have few that have been made sure to stand out. One thing is for certain: you won’t go “clubless” in this country, and we’re here to give you a list of some of the best clubs along the coast to boast, prance, drink, and dance throughout the summer.
We’ll start north and make our way south, with Pula bringing in the heat with a full list of options for your big night out. Centrally located, Aruba takes you from day to night as a daytime cafe to disco rooms at night. Cargo Club is yet another with a series of summer concerts and events. Monte Serpente is for the true clubbers, taking you into early morning hours and open nearly every night. Fort Bourguignon, perhaps most unique, is set in an old Napoleonic fortress, perfect for raving and techno enthusiasts.

Moving our way down to Zadar, Arsenal is a bar, music venue, and restaurant in one, usually exhibiting art and and hosting special events, with a great roster of live music throughout the summer. The Garden, perhaps most famous, was created by creators of the famous Garden Festival. An open terrace looking into the sea and the old city walls makes for the perfect environment for disco, raw food, and lounge club perfection.

Split being the second largest city in Croatia is surely filled with options (and maybe too many). Ghetto Club inside the palace walls hosts local DJ talent, art, and some of the best vibes in Split. Kocka is for the underground, bringing in everything from techno to rock n roll, in a literal underground setting. For the more outgoing partiers, the clubs on Bačvice are sure to take good care of you, with Tropic Club and Club Bače being favorites among tourists in the summer – and the access to the sea for a swim after a long night always sounds like a plan. Kuka sets the bar for traditional domestic music but this central club has become a sure favorite for tourists as well.

The most famous party island in Croatia, Hvar, never disappoints. As we know, everyone raves about the nightlife here, and we’re pretty sure we know why. Starting your day at Hula Hula Beach Club with pumping disco and house music on the rocky Adriatic coast turns into a taxi boat ride to Carpe Diem beach at 2am to dance under the full moon until the sun rises. Need we say more?

Ending our club hunt with Dubrovnik, Sky Bar is located just outside of Pile Gate. You’ll typically see hoards of young adults heading there for the electronic music, fairly priced drinks, and late hours. Revelin is perhaps most popular, set in a 500 year old fortress inside the old town. Nightly parties in the summer had Revelin on of DJ Mags list of 100 best clubs in the world. For a more alternative atmosphere, try Lazareti as they host everything from concerts to jazz nights and art exhibitions.
