A fashion startup from Zagreb has found their spotlight in the Big Apple.
Just last month, TCN introduced readers to a new Croatian fashion startup: Unique Travel Set. Created by fashion designer Katarina Džale and business partner Rašeljka Maras, Unique Travel Set revolutionizes the way women travel by considerably easing the pains of packing for women.
Within this carefully crafted “unique travel set”, female travelers are given the option to pick from seven garments that are packed into a single, multifunctional bag. The garments can be combined into 30 different clothing combinations and the entire set weighs less than two kilos! The garments are meant to be enough for women on 3-5 days of travel.
The company has been looking to launch into the global market with the help of a Kickstarter campaign, and almost half of the funds have been allocated thus far.
And the best news of all?
Their launch into the global market is already off to a great start, and just last weekend Unique Travel Set was published on a billboard in the heart of New York City’s Times Square!
The billboard reads, “Unique Travel Set Intros World’s Best Travel Clothing for Women via Kickstarter”.
It’s always a pleasure to see the success stories of Croatia represented around the world, and we are certain that things will only go up from here for this Croatian fashion startup.
