An incredible way to connect students with seasonal work by utilizing one of Croatia’s biggest tourist attractions – music festivals.
Over the last ten years, Croatia has been a major international and European destination for many new festivals. Today, they have become the fastest growing tourist offer and are held in many cities throughout Croatia, reports HRTurizam on April 25, 2018.
As a way to get acquainted with the many different festivals in Croatia and possibly find them useful for part-time or volunteer work, the Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business Schools (USTEF) has decided to link the festival organizers as employers to enthusiastic students seeking student jobs through their unique events. Everyone meet Festkultura.
FestKulutra is an event that will take place on May 04, 2018, beginning at 17:30 pm in Zagreb at the History Village (Tkalčićeva 68). FestKulutra will be held as a way to connect festival organizers as employers and enthusiastic students looking for seasonal work, thus providing an unforgettable experience. The event is intended for students interested in the many festivals Croatia offers as a way to have fun but also add some cash to their wallets. And the best part? The festival is entirely free for all participants.
The event will consist of short lectures by festival representatives who will present the primary information about the festival, its impact on tourism and how students can participate in student work or as a volunteer. After the short lectures, the representatives will be available for all questions and provide any additional information to the interested students.
