After nearly a year of renovation, gracing the people of Rovinj with its breathtaking presence, the Hotel Adriatic was sure to win the hearts of tourists – and in just a matter of time, it did!
The prestigious “Loved by Guests 2016” annual award is awarded for best hotel, chosen by guests, and run by one of the leading internet portals for booking, Hotels.com.
After the renovation and recent expansion of the hotel, the interior of Hotel Adriatic is dominated by artwork of local and regional artists, many of the pieces designed and created specifically for this hotel. There is a brasserie on the ground floor and your new favorite bar with the largest selection of whiskeys in Croatia. We knew soon enough this would have to win them over!
With more than 2700 hundred hotels taken into account from across 94 countries, Hotel Adriatic was among the ones to have been classed as outstanding and have been awarded the Loved by Guests gold award. These statistics were collected from the opinions of travelers who have stayed in hotels around the world. 20 million comments, ratings, and overall assessments were taken into account. In order to narrow down the very best, those hotels that were marked with a minimum 4.7 points out of 5 were taken into consideration, and Hotel Adriatic collected the highest possible vote.
Although the US took home the most awards, we are happy to have been recognized for Hotel Adriatic’s excellence in quality and class. Perhaps next year we can have more hotels make the list!
