Before we kiss our Croatian summer goodbye, Martinis Marchi has one final summer affair for you to enjoy. To celebrate 10 years of the famous heritage hotel, Martinis Marchi has prepared an unforgettable feast of their finest and most admired dishes.
An excuse better than any to join in good spirits to honor the hotel’s 10 years of perseverance, quality, and luxury, Martinis Marchi promises to impress this weekend.

Martinis Marchi Chef Toni and his team have crafted a special menu featuring the hotel’s best bites of all time, and yes, this includes what is arguably one of Croatia’s unrivaled dishes. Namely, Toni’s ‘Popara’ fish pot will be the star of the show, which already has the seal of approval from Nina Parker and Tom Aikens of Great British Chefs. The rest of the menu won’t disappoint, either, and in addition to Toni’s Popara, guests can delight in Al forno with white wine, the best grilled fish you can find, tuna & beef tartare, Carob cake with wild orange from Šolta, and many more meat and seafood surprises accompanied with the finest selection of wine and champagne.
But that’s not all.
The spectacular evening will be sparkled with even more surprises, and artist Vicko Buktenica will be among the crowd to paint our summer’s farewell in colors destined to brighten the winter season.
