Continuing our look at the luxury real estate on offer in Croatia through the portfolio of Croatia Sotheby’s International Realty, and an absolute gem if you are looking to get into the hospitality industry in one of Croatia’s hottest destinations – waterfront Split.

The opening of the West Coast promenade a few years ago in Split gave the city even more outstanding waterfront strolling space. The promenade was sleek, modern and well manicured, as well as connecting the ACI marina to Diocletian’s Palace in a 5-7 minute pleasant stroll.

Access to all the marina guests, a charming overflow from a full Riva, divine views of the marina and the palace across the water. It quickly became my favourite place to meet people, especially in the mornings. The early morning catamaran from Jelsa would arrive at 07:30, and by 07:45, I was in position with my morning coffee, watching Split come slowly to life.

In the height of the season, I also found refuge in West Coast Riva, for while the cafes and restaurants were always fairly full, there was a lot more space and place to stroll than on the busier Riva. It has been an outstanding addition to the city, in my opinion at least, and with no other competition on the West Coast promenade, presumably a nice little gold mine for the owners of all establishments.

Why don’t you find out how much of a goldmine? In our latest look at the portfolio of Croatia Sothebys International Realty, not one, but all three of these businesses are for sale, with a very quick buying process and no interruption to trade.

And when they talk of location, location, location, you surely can’t get much better than exclusively on the water in such a prime location with the marina and Diocletian’s Palace supplying an endless stream of tourists.

Location with great potential. The entire West Coast of Port of the Split project completely renewed in 2013. It is a 1.000 meters long stone promenade connected directly to old Riva and is a part of the City center, a few minutes away from Diocletian’s Palace.

West Coast is located in Centre of Split, with large tourism growth and future potential. There are two 5-star hotels under construction and fully operated ACI Marina Port for nautical tourism on the West Coast. Entire coast serves as a Port for Mega-yachts.
