AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY IN UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT

Like every piece of land on the Dalmatian islands, this plot is a rare and unique opportunity. With a surface of 40,366 square meters and only two hundred meters from the sea, it provides a unique investment opportunity in an equally unique environment.

Architectural project on the plot has planned a construction of a small ethnic village in the form of a diffused hotel that will consist of two parts:

I. Housing part

Located on the surface of approximately 18,000 square meters it consists of one larger and three smaller indigenous stone objects categorized with four stars. Each object is designed with a porch looking out to the common area but also a separate porch on the other side of the house where there is a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace with accompanying content and a small garden.

Given that this is an eco area, the architect specified that the materials required for the construction of all buildings have to be in accordance with this. So it is envisaged that the original Brač stone is used in the construction, using drywall technique and comb roof covered with stone slabs.

In the cellar part of the residential zone, there is a reception for guests, a kitchen for preparing breakfast and a tavern, while the rest of the area can accommodate a sauna and mini fitness. All facilities are designed to have a sea view.

II. The remaining land

Almost 18,000 square meters of land is anticipated for the catering and recreational area, which other than for the guests of Eco-Village, is also intended for visitors from surrounding tourist destinations. It is planned to build additional six buildings in this area. One of them is a restaurant with a viewpoint over the entire Split Aquarium.
