Dalma Olea is multi-variety extra virgin olive oil made from handpicked olives that are grown in the unique microclimate of the island of Brač, headquartered in Pučišća. The combination of a large amount of sunlight, light rainfall, nutrient-rich soil and fresh sea salt brought by the winds provides this island with the perfect conditions for growing olives. The oil, smelling and tasting of fresh olives and aromatic herbs with moderate bitterness and pungency, is an ideal combination of the Oblica, Levantinka and Nostrale varieties.
