Star Wars Episode VIII Filming in Dubrovnik, Croatia: Dates and Locations Revealed

Star Wars fan? Dubrovnik is the place to be next month.

As TCN exclusively revealed on January 26, the latest hit global blockbuster to be filmed in Dubrovnik is Star Wars, following on from hit HBO show Game of Thrones. More details emerged on February 11, 2016, as Star Wars Dubrovnik gave details about both dates and filming locations:

“Exact dates were announced as March 9th – 16th 2016, with the first two days being used to set up the stages and March 11th to March 16th being marked as filming dates, with the work on sets being carried out throughout the day and actual filming to be done in the afternoon and through the night.”
