An incredible moment for the Croatian pair!
Croatian duo 2Cellos inaugurated the Champions League final in Kiev, one of the greatest football spectacles in the world. Stjepan Hauser and Luka Šulić played the hymn of the Champions League while Liverpool and Real Madrid players entered the stadium last night, reports Index.hr on May 26, 2018.
The famous musicians shared their impressions of the performance with HRT journalist Drago Ćosić.

“This is insane; this is the highlight of our career. From here we can only go up,” said a proud Stjepan Hauser.
Equally enthusiastic was his colleague Luka Šulić.
“We are taking in every second at this stadium. It’s an experience that we will remember for a lifetime,” Šulić said.
When asked whether they were nervous before the performance, Stjepan Hauser answered:
“Of course, the adrenaline is always there. The bigger challenge for us is to delight the people here.”
The duo, however, wouldn’t share their favorites to win.
“I just hope the game will be interesting, and that there will be a lot of goals,” Šulić diplomatically answered, while Hauser followed: “That’s it.”
Hauser also shared a photo on his Instagram from the stadium with an inspiring message to their fans.
Tonight, Hauser and Šuljić will play a concert in Kiev, followed by a show in Russia.
