2Cellos Use Split Snow to Excite Audience About Spaladium Arena Show (Video)

The 2Cellos have found a rather amusing way to promote their upcoming concert at Spaladium Arena in Split.

As most of you in Split and Dalmatia know, the 2Cellos will be playing their first proper concert in the Dalmatian capital in years. Because the highly anticipated spectacle at Spaladium Arena is just a few weeks away, the famous duo decided to send a message to all their fans planning to see them in Split, with an extra push to those who are sleeping on getting their tickets, reports Slobodna Dalmacija on March 1, 2018.

What the duo, composed of Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser, used to their advantage, however, was the rare occurrence of snowfall Dalmatia experienced this week. We think this added prop may be the best way to attract the troops to the show.

Yesterday morning, the 2Cellos were caught at Split’s marina, filming under gentle flurries of snow they didn’t seem to mind. And despite the rumor running around Split of the pair’s location, Šulić and Hauser still managed to devise a fair and welcoming announcement to their fans. As expected, there were more than a few laughs.

“To all the people of Split, and all Dalmatians, everyone,” Hauser said at the beginning of the video, trying to hold back his laughter. “We invite you to our concert!” he cried out somehow, while a snowball from Šulić was launched at his head.

After burying Hauser in the snow and a few classic Croatian curse words, Šulić finished the announcement: “See you in Split on March 16th!”
