Today is your last chance to check out the illustration festival “36 Mountains”, held at the home of the Croatian Association of Artists (HDLU), aka the “mosque” in Zagreb.
What opened to the public on September 2 and closes today, this festival brings together and represents the imaginative and inspirational works of some of the most influential illustrators from Croatia and Europe, launched by young Croatian artist Jelena Bando.
In the 2nd edition of this festival, the uniqueness of the projects and the exhibitions as a whole have turned it into one of the largest and most significant artistic events in Zagreb (and Croatia).
One of the special features of this year’s festival is the exhibition that is held in complete darkness, seeing only with the help of the light from a head-lamp.
