Zagreb and Split to Host Sixth World Literature Festival

ZAGREB, July 30, 2018 – The Sixth World Literature Festival will take place in Zagreb and Split on September 2-8, bringing together about 100 authors from 17 countries.

The festival’s organiser Seid Serdarević said that this is the biggest festival ever and it will host author’s such as the French star Federic Beigbeder, Sweden’s Jonas Hassen Khemiri and Booker award winners, Richard Flanagan, David Grossman and this year’s laureate, Polish author, Olga Tokarczuk.

The festival which opens on Sunday September 2nd, is organised by the Fraktura publishing house and will bring together various events, including concerts, workshops and an exhibition.

Serdarević explained that this year the festival will not focus on any particular country but will present the most interesting authors.
