Zagreb is Getting Blueberry Blasted

Beginning yesterday and running through Sunday, July 17, Zagreb’s has a new, blue gastronomic offer for you.

Blueberries: currently in the height of their season, always a great ingredient for cooking, baking, or even drinking for that matter. Because of this, certain Zagreb restaurants have come together to serve you up various blueberry blasted dishes as a part of the event “Rokovih Borovnica”, roughly translating to “blueberry deadline”.

 

The famous local restaurants and pastry shops that are coming together throughout Zagreb for this event are: RougeMarin (Folnegovićeva 10), Bistro 75 (Preradovićeva 34), Mundoaka Street Food (Petrinjska 2), Green Hut (Zelinska 7) and pastry shop Amélie (Vlaška 6).

Be sure to join the sweet fun and try a breadth of blueberry delicacies from cocktails to summer salads, and of course, cakes!

 

Rokovih Borovnica runs through July 17. Blueberry is mandatory.
