The Pakistani city of Lahore is now home to Mlinar’s biggest cafe!
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 12th of June, 2018, the more than impressive Pakistani Mlinar cafe is spread over five floors and over 300 m2. The wildly popular Mlinar, which can be seen in all destinations in Croatia, is the first regional food industry to export to Pakistan, and in the next five years, as many as 22 stores will be opened in there.
This, currently the largest Mlinar cafe in the world, opened last Friday in the heavily populated city of Lahore, Pakistan. The second-largest Pakistani town with over nine million inhabitants, Mlinar is sure to make good revenue, the cafe’s placement comes as a result of a franchise co-operation with a local partner.
By the end of the year, three more Mlinar bakeries are set to be opened in Pakistan, and as previously mentioned, by the end of 2023, there will be a retail chain in which a massive 22 Mlinar stores will be included.
In the continuous development of new products and services, Mlinar’s experts have listened carefully to the needs of their consumers and continually monitor global trends, making them more able to quickly and efficiently adapt to the needs of their business partners and the specifics of their respective markets and cultures.
Today, Mlinar has over 230 private retail outlets in four European countries, and sells wholesale on an additional 19 markets. Mlinar’s franchises have so far been placed in eight countries across three continents.
Currently, the company employs almost 2,000 workers. Production is organised in five large bakery facilities, two of them are located in Osijek, as well as in Poreč, Šibenik, and in Zagreb. Generally speaking, Mlinar’s stores are the most well equipped bakeries in this part of Europe, and the Osijek’s facility is known as one of the most technologically sophisticated bakery manufacturing units in the world.
