October the 19th, 2023 – Albert Gajšak, the founder of the truly remarkable Croatian startup CircuitMess, is now set to cooperate with no less than NASA. This comes after his work with both Walmart and Warner Bros.

As Novac/Jutarnji/Bernard Ivezic writes, CircuitMess won an award and earned more global recognition at the largest toy fair in the west – Toy Fair, which was held in New York. CircuitMess’ award was the ”Powerfully Playful Award Winner”, and Gajšak won it in the category of more than a thousand exhibitors from all over the world.

A simple concept made this Croatian manufacturer stand out

Albert Gajšak, the innovative founder and director of CircuitMess, stated that they managed to stand out from the crowd with their simple concept of smart toys.” We’re extremely proud to have received an award at such a renowned event, at which big brands from the toy world like LEGO and Pokemon participate,” said Gajšak after being handed the award.

CircuitMess is otherwise an entirely Croatian startup founded back in 2017 by Albert Gajšak and Tomislav Car, after Gajšak’s Kickstarter campaign for their DIY console MAKERbuino proved successful and attracted the interest of STEM enthusiasts from around the world.

The Toy Fair in New York gathered 30 thousand visitors this year and brought together more than a thousand toy manufacturers and over two thousand brands. Visitors and exhibitors come from all over the world.

Gajšak believes that this latest international award confirms that CircuitMess is totally dedicated to the quality design of the educational products they work so hard to create and perfect. “CircuitMess is especially known for its educational electronic toys that encourage the development of STEM skills in children, and our products allow children to assemble and programme their own toys, which encourages the development of both creative and analytical skills,” explained Gajšak.

From Walmart to NASA

CircuitMess has so far collaborated with Warner Bros and Walmart across the pond on the American market, and they’ve recently just started working with NASA. “This autumn, we’re going to present several new exciting projects of ours, including a DIY model of NASA’s Perservance Rover, and the launch of a new product line for STEM beginners,” concluded CircuitMess CEO Gajšak.
