Are Russians Set To Get 44% Of Agrokor?

Lauren Simmonds

The endless back and forth in Agrokor continues.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 7th of April, 2018, their claims amounted to a massive 1.4 billion euro, which they gave to Ivica Todoric in the period from 2014 to 2017.

As Vecernji List finds, the draft on which settlement is to be agreed has been harmonised, and signatures are expected on Tuesday. According to that, the Russian banks, Sberbank and VTB, have the largest stock package, calculated to be approximately 44 percent.

Agrokor’s bond holders, among which Knighthead Capital finds itself, will hold up to 25 percent of the company, while suppliers will hold just about eight percent of Agrokor. In addition, it was agreed that during the next four years, another 80 million euro should be paid.

To quickly recall, on Friday, the Commercial Court in Zagreb concluded a decision on extending the ongoing extraordinary administration procedure, now headed by Ante Ramljak’s replacement, Fabris Peruško, for a further three months.
