A British hospital is in Croatia looking to hire local nurses to deal with staff shortages.
Staffing shortages in British hospitals have forced managers to look abroad in recent years to fill staffing needs, and the Stoke Sentinel reports today that one British hospital has turned its attention to the talented and dedicated nurses of Croatia on August 19, 2015.
Bosses from the Royal Stoke University Hospital have arrived in Croatia, with the aim of hiring 35 Croatian nurses to address their staffing needs, the latest in the hospital’s search for foreign nurses, which recently included a trip to the Philippines, were 150 nurses for the hospital were found.
