One Croatian company is at the side of an internet giant.

Infobip, otherwise well known as the largest Croatian software company, is one of the key players that will help Facebook speed up its growth. Infobip has announced that it is now a Facebook partner for the WhatsApp Business communication platform.
The first user is in India, the Cardekho car sales Portal. Amit Jain, the director of Cardekh, has stated that he has big expectations of this new form of communication with his customers.
“Through the collaboration with Infobip, WhatsApp Business can better communicate with customers, and offer them all of the information, from [information on] products, to offering support,” stated Jain.
Facebook, whose revenue was the weakest it has ever been the last three years in the second quarter, with its shares falling by 18 percent, will pay companies for advertising through WhatsApp. The prices have also been published – From 32 to 58 lipa.
Since the beginning of the year, Facebook has been testing WhatsApp Business in India. It offers small companies the ability to connect their communication with Facebook directly with WhatsApp, to add automatic answers, and also to send flight boarding passes or receipts of order on WhatsApp.
According to the results of a survey conducted by the British company Roaming Consulting, Croatia’s very own Infobip is the best business IT service-provider with messaging services like WhatsApp. Silvio Kutić, the founder and director of Infobip, has stated there are some great expectations from the ”early access program”.
“We’re rready for this new service with 55 offices around the world,” concluded Kutić.
