Holofiction’s long-term plan is to expand to the Western markets and work directly with producers to launch and promote new products.
Holofiction, a creative company specializing in the latest marketing technologies, ideas and solutions is focused on developing and improving the quality of operations, marketing activities and specialized events. Their promotional solutions are based on modern technological innovations such as holographic and levitating displays, transparent LCD screens with a wide range of application, and projection mapping, reports Poslovni.hr on October 2, 2016.
The company current employs five people. “By visiting shows like CES in Las Vegas and ISE in Amsterdam, we have found enough innovative solutions needed to establish Holofiction. We gathered a team of young enthusiasts and experts, and created an offer of modern technological innovations that are ideal for the world of advertising and promotion. We believe that it is high time that Croatia starts competing with global trends”, explained Filip Šarić, founder of the company.
He added that the holographic technology was becoming more popular and that there was a constant development of its application. According to latest research, it is estimated that by 2021 the total global market will be worth 1.82 billion dollars, which is the best indicator that the time of holograms is coming. Croatia lags behind the West by as much as three years, and the awareness of using holograms for marketing purposes is still underdeveloped.
“Our technology solutions are intended for promotions at the point of sale, but can be also used at trade shows, conferences and highly frequented events that aim to emphasize the offer in a completely different way. In addition, we offer our clients a variety of services, like developing mobile applications and websites, and producing digital promo materials for various advertising purposes”, said the company founder.
Competition does exists, but so far there are only a few companies which offer partial solutions. What makes Holofiction different from others, except for the technology, is the team behind it – made up of creative people such as 3D animators, software and hardware developers and designers. The long-term plan is to expand the company to Western markets and work directly with manufacturers to launch and promote new products. Unfortunately, local market is still not open to application of modern technologies, and therefore one of their goals is to present the advantages and possibilities of this technology to a wider audience.
Šarić founded the company with his own funds, and further expansion is financed from successfully completed projects. “We are a young company that most people do not know about. Given that we have been present at the market for about a year and have only five full-time employees, we are satisfied with what we have achieved. Majority of our potential clients are not even aware of our capabilities”, concluded Šarić.
