The Zrinjevac park in Zagreb hosted the Gastro Music Fest on last Saturday, including the presentation of Vezak, the new label of Daruvarska Graševina. This wine has a screw cap and a new visual concept. The Daruvar Vezak appeared in stores several weeks ago, another wine like the Belje and Ilok Graševina or the Laguna Malvazija, which allow consumers to get closer to the domestic wine industry and broaden consumption with mass available quality, distribution and friendly prices.
Daruvarska Graševina Vezak 2017 is a precise, very fresh wine with simple and clear fruit aromas of apple and pear with peach notes, which does display a certain complexity and Graševina variety through specific aromas and gentle notes of chamomile in taste. Smooth textures, fine body and low alcohols (11.5 percent). Vezak represents excellent value for money and is very useful for pairing, from Kulenova Seka sausage to Pecorino or grilled pork and chicken.
