Croatian representatives Bojan Bogdanović, Mario Hezonja, and Dario Šarić were remarkable for their NBA teams on Tuesday night.
Mario Hezonja was the most effective player for the New York Knicks in their loss to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday, Bojan Bogdanović scored 23 points to be the second-best shooter for the Indiana Pacers win, and Dario Šarić entered a solid 15 points in the victory of his Minnesota Timberwolves, reports Gol.hr on January 9, 2019.
Though the New York Knicks lost to the Golden State Warriors 95:122, Mario Hezonja had an excellent game – and was the Knick’s best player with 19 points (shots in play 7/12, three-pointers 1/3), six rebounds and three steals.

The best shooter of the game was Klay Thompson who scored 43 points, of which seven were three-pointers. Kevin Durant added 24 points, while Stephen Curry scored 14 points with the same amount of assists.
The Minnesota Timberwolves secured an away win against Oklahoma City Thunder (119:117), with Andrew Wiggins leading the Wolves with 40 points. Dario Šarić played 26 minutes and achieved 15 points (shots in play 5/12, three-pointers 2/6) and seven rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
Minnesota lost the ball 15.5 seconds before the final buzzer, giving Thunder a chance to equalize or win the game, but Russell Westbrook missed a three-pointer. Westbrook finished the game with 25 points, and the best in the ranks of Oklahoma was Paul George with 27. This was the first match for Minnesota under their new coach Ryan Saunders who replaced Tom Thibodeau.
The Indiana Pacers celebrated in the clash against the Cleveland Cavaliers 123:115. Thaddeus Young led the Pacers to victory with 26 points. Bojan Bogdanović was also excellent for the Pacers, and finished the game with 23 points (shots in play 9/16, three-pointers 2/6), adding four rebounds, two assists, and one steal.

For Cleveland, who suffered their tenth consecutive defeat, Jordan Clarkson was the best with 26 points. Ante Žižić played 13 minutes for the Cavaliers, adding six points (shots in play 0/1, free throws 6/6) and the same amount of rebounds.
The Phoenix Suns were better than the Sacramento Kings 115:111. Kelly Oubre Jr. scored 26 points for the Phoenix win. Dragan Bender did not enter the game for the Suns.
