It was a late match for the Croatian water polo team in Rio on August 8. 2016, but all who have decided to stay awake had a thriller to watch, as Croatia and Montenegro have played a game to remember.

Croatia had the lead for the most of the time, but Montenegrin players kept coming back, and at the end, it seemed that they would split the points. Croatia had a final attack, and they played a perfect passing play, and as Luka Bukić got the ball eight seconds before the end, he hammered it into the net for the win.

It was his second goal of the game, Sukno and Lončar added two each, while Burić and Joković scored one goal each for 8-7 win in the end.
