Hajduk Split has confirmed the appointment of Robert Graf as the club’s new sports director, with the Polish executive set to replace Goran Vučević. Graf arrives after mutually terminating his contract with ŁKS Łódź, where he served as Vice President for Sport over the past two years, announced Hajduk Split.

Born on May 7, 1980, in Wrocław, Poland, Graf began his football career in his hometown, working as a youth coach at Śląsk Wrocław. He later gained experience through development projects with the Polish Football Federation before taking on the role of academy director at Lechia Gdańsk.

Graf stepped into his first sports director position in 2018 with Olimpia Grudziądz, guiding the club to promotion from Poland’s third tier in his debut season. His work there was noted for building a competitive structure and identifying talent despite limited resources.

In June 2019, he joined Warta Poznań, helping the club return to the Ekstraklasa after 25 years and secure a fifth-place finish in 2021, which was their best result in seven decades.

His most notable achievements came at Raków Częstochowa, where, from 2021 to 2023, he played a key role in the club’s most successful period, winning the Polish league title, Cup, and Super Cup.

Graf took on the role of Vice President for Sport at ŁKS Łódź in March 2024 and now transitions to Hajduk following a mutual agreement with the Polish side.

He will be officially presented to the public at a press conference on Saturday, while an exclusive first interview will be available on Hajduk’s HDTV and YouTube channel.
