You may know a thing or two about Stipe Miocic, the 36-year-old Croatian-American who is one of the most famous professional mixed martial artists in the world. Not only does hold the record for most consecutive title defenses in the history of the UFC heavyweight division, but his day job is in another type of fighting – firefighting.
Though Miocic is preparing for new UFC challenges, when he is not in the octagan, the legendary fighter trains as a professional firefighter in Cleveland, which is a bit surprising for athletes of his rank. Miocic, however, has been a firefighter for many years, and no great win in the ring has prevented him from fighting fires on the ground.
Stipe shared a look into his everyday life on Instagram with videos of a house in flames, followed by photos of him in firefighting gear, exhibiting that he is always ready to take on yet another tremendous challenge.
