Hajduk will play with fans in their next Europa League home game match at Poljud!

UEFA has accepted Hajduk’s appeal! The boys in white will play to a full Poljud Stadium for the second-leg of the third qualifying round of Europa League against Brondby. The Hajduk team will play on the pitch at Poljud for the first time on Thursday in 75 days, announces Hajduk.hr on July 31, 2017.

Hajduk will face Brondby on Thursday, August 3rd, at 20:30.

In the explanation of the decision by the Disciplinary Body of UEFA, the penalty for the club was changed.

Hajduk was punished for “racist behavior” by their fans during the first leg of the second qualifying round of Europa League in Dugopolje. The club was initially sentenced to a game without fans, and a 55,000 EUR fine.

For the match against Brondby, the stadium will be forced to close around 500 seats or one section. In addition, the club must pay a total fine of 35,000 EUR.
