We all know that good, bad or terrible reviews can be crucial in choosing where you’ll pick for your next stay. After analyzing 20 million authentic reviews from guests who have stayed in hotels around the world, the company Hotels.com announced the winners of its program “Loved by Guests Awards 2016”. Nineteen hotels from Croatia were included.

More than 2,700 hotels from 94 countries are classified as extraordinary and were assigned the highest gold award on Hotels.com, with ratings earning an average score of 4.7 (out of 5) or higher (the rating was based on at least 50 reviews). The awards for the Hotels.com “Loved by Guest” campaign were based on authentic and trusted reviews, written by customers who have actually stayed in the hotels.
