British Embassy Zagreb ‘What Links Us Together’: Michael and Lesic Dimitri on Korcula

August 3, 2018 – Continuing the British Embassy’s video series on links that bind the UK and Croatia, meet a young Brit who has transformed the hospitality scene on Korcula. 

Please don’t tell him, but he is one of my favourite people in Croatia, and I am only sad that it took me 14 years to meet him, despite living on the next island. 

My proper introduction to Korcula was only last summer, via an invitation from Michael Unsworth, the owner of a rather exceptional 5-star boutique hotel, which is generally accepted as perhaps the best in all Croatia. 

I plan to do an extended video interview with Michael later this summer on his fascinating 46-year association with Croatia. But for now, I hand you over to the British Embassy video department.
