Hotel will have 50 beds, expected opening date May 1st, 2016

According to Slobodna Dalmacija, long-time honorary council of Ukraine in Croatia Nikola Malić and his Ukrainian partner are building a luxury hotel for tourists in their „golden years“, on the west promenade of Petrčane near Zadar. Hotel will offer 50 beds, 8 suites, 20 rooms and all services and facilities required in nursing homes. Once it is completed, hotel will offer 4 star services both in the hotel category and nursing home category.

„This kind of accommodation is in demand, more each year. Well situated people in Europe are looking for high quality, luxurious objects where their elderly parents and relatives will be well looked after. That was the idea behind our project whether you’d like to call it a luxury nursing home or a hotel for senior citizens“said Nikola Malić.

Along with above mentioned accommodation, this hotel / nursing home will offer a restaurant with 150 seating places, gym, outdoor swimming pool, doctor’s office, pharmacy, post office, communal areas, reception etc.

“We will offer high quality services so each guest or resident will have a waiter, physiotherapist, nurse and a doctor at their disposal at all times. We will accommodate guests wishing to stay few days, a week, month or for a longer period of time. It is of utmost importance for the object to be completely adjusted to the needs of senior citizens and people with disability so that they can spend their time here surrounded by best service quality possible. Of course, our other facilities, such as the restaurant, will be open for public while the medical office and pharmacy will be open for locals and other tourists holidaying in Petrčane since the town currently doesn’t offer these services even though we get thousands of tourists every year“  Nikola Malić explains.

Hotel still doesn’t have a name, it is being built on three levels and the total area of the finished object will be 1800 square metres. It will employ 25 people and the expected opening date is May 1st, 2016.
